Really appreciate the owners reaching out and following up on my order. While the order was taking a little longer than expected to arrive (at no fault of Cornell’s, it was USPS’s issue) - they were very responsive and said they would file a loss claim and either refund or send me another pair. Fortunately the order did arrive a couple days later. Shoes fit great and I love them!
